Cleaning Schedule
The Star Residences allows for a weekly refresh of apartments for long stay guests. On check-in the Residences team will work with guests to confirm a day of the week that aligns with guests schedule. A weekly refresh includes replacing towels, linen change, amenities replaced, rubbish removal, and vacuum (where required).
Daily refresh: A daily refresh can be requested at an extra cost of $59 at time of booking or upon check in – rates are subject to change and should be re-confirmed at check in.

Rollaway/sofa bed: $50 per night (not available in all apartment types)
Cot hire is $50 fee for stay.
Parking: $20 per car per night for undercover self parking.- parking is subject to availability.
Valet parking $65
Daily Refresh: Available for request upon check in.
Payment
Room rates are GST exclusive.
Full pre-payment is required when booking.
An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.
Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations between 0 & 33 days of the event attract a 100% cancellation fee – no refund is given for rooms cancelled or reduction in room nights.
All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration processing fee. Refunds exclude original booking fee.
