An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.
Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations prior to 33 days receive a full refund. Cancellations between 0 & 33 days of stay attract a 100% accommodation fee.
All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration processing fee. Refunds exclude original credit card fees incurred.
