An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.
Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations within 30 – 15 days one night accommodation will be charged. No refund is given for rooms cancelled within 14 days of stay.
All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration processing fee. Refunds exclude original credit card fees incurred.
Getting to and from the Convention Centre
From Crowne Plaza walk 50m to Florida Gardens station from here catch GLink for one stop, hop off at Broadbeach North from here it is a short two minute walk to the Convention Centre. GLink services run every seven minutes between 7am and 7pm and every 10mins outside these times on weekdays and every ten minutes on weekends. To purchase a go card and to find out more click here.
