Foyer/ Public Area’s Renovations Notice and check-in
Works scheduled in the reception area may result in limited access to the foyer area during guest’s stay.
The reception team will be onsite to attend to guest needs but may not be working from the reception area whilst some of the ground floor works are being undertaken from 27th Jan 2026.
Some floors will have tradespeople working onsite during the day as the carpet on each level is being replaced along with new wallpaper and signage.
These works are planned to result in minimal disruption to guests.

Room rates are GST exempt.
Full pre-payment is required when booking.
An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.
Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations prior to 30 days receive a full refund. Cancellations between 0 & 30 days of stay attract a 100% accommodation fee.
All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration processing fee. Refunds exclude original credit card fees incurred.
