Payment

Room rates are GST exempt.

Full pre-payment is required when booking.

An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.

Cancellation

Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Cancellations outside 30 days prior to stay, attracts a full refund less $50 fee. Cancellations between 15 & 30 days attracts a $200 fee. If cancelled within 14 days 100% cancellation fee applies.

All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration.
