Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations between 30-15 days out from event attract a 1 night cancellation fees.
No refund is given for rooms cancelled within 14 days from the event – incurring 100% cancellation fee.
All refunds processed incur a $10 administration booking fee. Refunds exclude credit card fees charged.
