Room rates are GST inclusive for King hotel rooms & GST exempt for 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartment residences.
Full pre-payment is required when booking.
An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.
Cancellation
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations 30 – 0 days of stay no refund is given.
All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration processing fee. Refunds exclude original credit card fees charged.
