Scheduled Renovations

Freshwater Point Resort will be undergoing an upgrade for safety reasons from the 3 February – 4 April 2020. During this time there will be no access to the swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and BBQ areas. The cafe will still be open from 7.30am each morning for breakfast and lunch.

During the upgrade there will be some noise between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Room rates are GST exempt.

Full pre-payment is required when booking.

An imprint or swipe of a credit card will be taken on check-in. On departure all outstanding fees shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property.

Cancellation

Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Cancellations outside 22 days prior to travel, attracts a full refund less $50 booking fee. If cancelled within 21 days 100% cancellation fee applies.

All refunds processed will incur a $10 administration.
